Arizant Healthcare Inc. (AHI) is a leading supplier of temperature management products to the healthcare industry.

 

We are presently looking for a Partnership Program Administrator to join our Sales Contract team.  The individual placed in this position will be responsible for:

 

Administering activities related to requests of AHI products under the various partnership programs, including analyzing customer’s current contract situation, preparing appropriate documents, communicating with internal sales representatives, customers and customer service; maintaining proper documentation of partnership agreements; creating and maintaining databases to track partnership agreement details; scanning and filing partnership agreements and other duties as assigned.

 

 

In this challenging career position, the required qualifications are: 

· Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent  combination of education and experience.

· Possess intermediate to advanced computer skills working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and database skills.

· Detail-oriented with a strong ability to multi-task.

· Strong interpersonal competence and a desire to assist others.

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment

· Written and verbal communication needs to be clear and accurate.

· Desire and ability to thrive in a highly participative team environment.
