Part-Time Accounts Receivable Administrator

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE - ADMINISTRATOR

 

A Denver-based manufacturer of custom, made-to-order millwork products is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable Administrator.  This position will perform receivable administration and accounting support functions.  The qualified individual will have a proven track record in A/R and administrative functions.  This position reports to the Accounting Manager.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS:Process, post and mail customer invoicesNew and existing customer file management and maintenanceCustomer credit acknowledgementsNew customer weekly reporting to managementA/R aging reconciliation and clean up maintenance between software systemsProcess monthly customer A/R statements Department filing and general administration dutiesOther duties as specified by Accounting Manager

 

 

IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

· Organized, good communicator that posses a mature, professional attitude

· Detail oriented, accurate and self-managed

· Advanced computer skills

· 10 key

· MAS90 accounting software knowledge a plus

· High school diploma

 

 

HOURS:  PARTIME

  Monday & Friday  - 6 HoursTuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday  - 4 Hours
