Dietary Supplement Company in Central NJ in search of a Packaging/Production Supervisor. Currently seeking candidate who will be responsible for planning and coordinating all packaging activities. Must have experience with GMP’s. Must have the ability to repair packaging equipment and train workers in the operation of said equipment. Candidate will plan and recommend changes in procedure and will lead productivity improvement effort. Candidate must possess good communication, planning and organizing, problem analysis, decision making, conflict resolution, training, and computer skills.
Qualified Candidates for the Packaging Supervisor Position MUST have supervisory packaging experience coming from a manufacturing facility.
