The successful candidate must be eligible to live and work in the US without corporate sponsorship. The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.  Responsibilities:Directs and manages projects. Establishes and maintains project schedules. Maintains status and periodic reporting for project coordination. Assists in coordinating inter-department and outside activities. Facilitates project team meetings involving internal and/or external members. Leads the preparation of proposals, including costs and resources. Serves as a single point of communication between project participants.  Handles special projects, as assigned.  Some international and domestic travel may be required. Skill Requirements:Ability to apply proven project coordination skills and exercise specialized knowledge and substantial expertise in project area. Good team, interpersonal, and communication skills. Must function well in a team and may act as external company representative.  Highly creative, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.  Good problem-solving, negotiating and team-building abiity.  Must be capable of integrating activities of numerous departments/individuals and 3rd party's for completion of projects.  Self-motivated, with ability to prioritize multiple projects in a time sensitive environment.  Demonstrated experience with Project Scheduling software. Education/Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent years experience. 8+ (eight)  years specialized experience in organizational skills preferred.  Minimum 2 (two) years project management experience. Project Management, Engineering,Planning, MS Project, MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerpointAdditional Information: Travel Percentage: 10%
