PRODUCTION TECH 3

Position Overview:

1) This is a position that involves setting up, operating, sanitizing and

troubleshooting production equipment as well as performing routine

production tasks including quality tests and operation/inventory completions.

2) The associate will be part of an operations team, whose function is to

control costs associated in manufacturing products. Critical performance

measurements are Product Quality, Material Usage, Product Changeover

Time, and Production Efficiency.

3) The associate’s performance will be measured by their ability to

consistently manufacture quality products in a safe and efficient manner as

well as their ability to work in a team-oriented environment and their ability to

 train and develop others.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Adhere to policies and procedures.

• Work effectively with team members to meet team objectives.

• Participate in CIP �Continuous Improvement Program� activities.

• Operate, set up, sanitize, and trouble shoot assigned equipment.

• Monitor product for quality defects.

• Maintain performance measurements relative to team accomplishments.

• Train Tech 1 & Tech 2 associates.
