PDC Supervisor

- - RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervision of warehouse personnel during the receiving, storage and shipping operations. Duties to include supervision of unloading, staging, putaway and auditing of incoming freight, overseeing the order filling, auditing and shipping of parts to customers; timely submission of documents to control material flow and expedite receiving of critical material.Monitor employee performance and motivation of the warehouse work force.Ensure a safe work environment is maintained, oversee the security and maintenance of the facility and equipment. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree and at least one year of general warehousing experience in a lead capacity or, a College Diploma with at least six years of general warehousing experience, one of which has been in a lead capacity or Post Secondary education and equivalent experience including 5 years in a lead capacity is desired.
