We are currently recruiting for a PCB Designer to work at a company that develops computer boards and systems for robots, aircraft, spacecraft and unmanned vehicles. For immediate consideration for this opportunity, please e-mail your resume to resumesnm@manpower-nm.com or apply directly at www.manpower-nm.com In this position, you'll have the opportunity to design PCB layouts using computer aided design software, consistent with electrical engineering circuit performance, signal integrity, EMI specifications, mechanical engineering form factor, thermal and manufacturing requirements. Reads/interprets schematics, system functionality and performance specifications, and PCB design guidelines as necessary to complete printed circuit board layouts. Manage EDA parts Library including drawing schematic symbols, build PCB footprints and maintain the EDA parts database. Define working procedures in accordance with IPC standards, company producibility guidelines and manufacturers capability. Collaborate in developing state-of-the-art designs of new or modified, high density, printed circuit boards. Establish design standards and configurations. Work from preliminary schematics, part lists and basic description of the board function, configuration and arrangement as defined by engineering.Qualifications for this position include the ability to apply basic level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common issues. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2-4 years experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 0-2 years experience.
