PARTS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Crown is currently seeking a Parts Customer Service Representative for our Grand Rapids, MI location.  Responsibilities are as follows:

 

·  Answer and process incoming parts calls from customers and service technicians.

·  Pull orders, receive and put up stock.

·  Order parts and develop relations with Crown factory and outside vendors.

·  Enhance customer retention by monitoring customer satisfaction with parts support and by responding to customer concerns/requests. 

·  Maintain direct contact with current and prospective customers. 

·  Prepare customer quotes.

·  Inventory control to include cycle counts of stockroom, vans and customer consignments.

·  Process parts and service paperwork and billing.

·  Create daily work orders.

·  Assist with year-end processing and reporting.

·  Maintain records and files.

 QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in the lift truck industry is preferred.  This position requires a high school diploma as well as good verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and computer skills.  Previous parts/inventory control experience is required.  Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50lbs.  Completion of a background check, drug screen, and physical is required.
