Metro Door's USA Facilities Maintenance division provides all types of maintenance and emergency repair services including gate repair, replacement door repair, locksmithing, glass, film, board ups, plumbing, electrical and handyman services.
Metro Door is looking for a Part-Time clerical staff member to help support our new document imaging system within the billing department.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Our Part-Time clerical representative needs to be highly motivated, able to multi-task, and be well organized in a fast paced environment. The best candidate would have a strong background in data entry, with a high level of speed and accuracy, strong communication skills including professional phone etiquette, and an excellent attendance record. This candidate would have flexible hours during the business day up to 29 hours per week, making it an excellent job for a caretaker of small children that must be home by a certain time of the day.
The ideal candidate for this opportunity must posses the following skill sets:Computer literacy a mustAble to enter alphanumeric data at a minimum speed of 45 wpm with 99% accuracyHighly organized with strong attention to detailMulti-tasked individual who can prioritize workClear communicator who takes direction wellSelf-motivated with a strong work ethicKnowledge of document scanning a plus, but will train
