Formosa Plastics Corporation, U.S.A., a major resin producer headquartered in Livingston, NJ, has a career opportunity available for a Paralegal

 

The preferred candidate is responsible for assisting the Legal Department with day-to-day activities.

 

Primary responsibilities:

•  Preparation of month-end and year-end reports.

•  Comminicate and inform upper management and outside counsel on case development

•  Making recommendations to Legal Division Head and/or outside counsel

•  Assist outside counsel on litigation discovery

•  Record maintenance

•  Document Production

•  Maintain Corporate minutes

 

Qualified candidate must be a college graduate with paralegal certification.  Minimum 5+ years of paralegal experience at a corporation or law firm is required  Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as good analysis and spreadsheet skills is a must. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and oral & written communication skills are required. Proficiency in documentation skills is essential.  Ability to type Chinese is a plus.
