DESCRIPTION:

Burt Process Equipment was founded in 1970 and has been a growing industrial distributor and manufacturer ever since. It quickly became a worldwide leader in the designing, manufacturing and distribution of Thermo-Plastic high purity and corrosion resistant equipment, systems and services. Currently, our distribution products and services provide proven solutions for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, microelectronics, metal finishing, and chemical processing industries. We are currently looking for seasoned sales professionals to join our team.

 Duties:

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with End-Users, OEM’s and Mechanical Contractors

· Track projects & quotes from RFQ to close of sale

· Manage existing client base as well as increase incremental revenue

· Generate new business and new leads

· Introduce new products to customers, review the benefits and features of our products

· Make appointments & sales calls with current Principles we represent

· Proven track record

· Responsible for Southern NJ and Metro Philadelphia

· Knowledgeable in the fluid handling industry

REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum of 2 years inside, customer service sales experience or 3 years outside sales experience in the fluid handling industry

· Personable, friendly, tenacious sales representative that is driven to succeed.

· To learn the inside sales aspect of our company with the possibility of advancing to an outside sales position within 1 year or sooner.

· Having the flexibility of spending training time in the state of CT
