Responsibilities include direct strategic planning; develop accountability plans; provide leadership to marketing team; manage life cycle of products; support selling activities; develop relationships with orthopaedic surgeons; direct design and implementation of annual marketing plan; and collaborate with cross functional teams. Candidates must have 7-10 years in experience, with at least 3 years in the spine industry. A bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent advanced education is required. Based in Gainesville, Fla., Exactech develops and markets orthopaedic implant devices, related surgical instruments and biologic materials and services to hospitals and physicians.
