Order Selector / Order Picker

Job Position: Order Selector / Order Picker, employee will utilize an Electric Pallet Jack to pick boxes from the freezer, freezer is -10 degrees, Employee receive an order sheet, look for the product in the freezer apply a label on the box and put it on the pallet. Job Requires Constant Bending and lifting. Experience: Applicant must have Electric Pallet Jack experience if associate has Stand up forklift experience it will be a plus, (must be certified). Product: Associate must be able to lift boxes and bend. Associate will be picking about 1500 to 2,000 boxes per day. PPE: Associate must have Back Belt, Work Boots (NO Regular shoes). Client will provide Gloves, Jacket, Pants. Associates are recommended to wear extra clothes and socks to keep warm. Drug screens: Associate must be drug tested prior to starting work. Temp to Hire: Associates have an opportunity to be hired by the client after completing minimum hours. Pay rate: Associate will be given $10.00 to $10.50 per hour, depending on experience. If hired by the client, employee will have an opportunity to move up to $11.00 to $11.50 per hour, with yearly raises. Background: Associate must pass background and Drug test to work at our client's location. Background will be ran 7 years back along with several counties. Language: Associates must be able to understand and speak Basic English. Work Schedule: Sunday to Friday with one day off in between. All Saturdays are off.
