Best of all, our employees share in the success which results from that growth. Operations Team Lead / Quality Manager – 8584 A&F Naples Position Summary Parker has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager at our Naples, FL facility.  In this capacity, you will be responsible for team leadership, projects and resources of an operations area that includes more than one area of specialization or performs a centralized function.  You will utilize your past talents of mid-management level experience to provide guidance and leadership in aerospace quality functions and endeavors. Responsibilities  Manage 4 person Quality Engineering Group. Manage Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) program (Internal, Supplier and Customer related RCCAs). Maintain Quality metric program and lead recovery actions when required. Host customer audits. Act as primary QE for GE, Embrear and Pratt & Whitney. Requirements  B.A./B.S. degree in a related technical or business discipline or equivalent. Professional level experience of six or more years, demonstrated ability to perform the described role and responsibilities while obtaining desired results. Certification or a professional designation in a specialty area (e.g. APICS) may be required or preferred depending on position requirements. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
