 Job Title: Operations Supervisor DSL

Location:  Fort Worth/Alliance, Texas

Shift: 2nd

General Duties & Responsibilities: 

· Manage and oversee daily operations within the department

· Meet customer and company KPI’s and SLA’s on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis

· Facilitate effective Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis as needed

· Train, monitor, evaluate, supervise and discipline employees based on goals and duties

· Verify employee time/payroll information and authorize overtime

· Assist in managing department workforce, reinforce company policy and procedure and establish and maintain healthy working relationship across the organization

· Show initiative and make suggestions for improving processes

· Assist manager with planning and budget process

· Work in a fast paced environment handling multiple tasks with complex deadlines

· Communicate with customers, vendors and employees

· Coordinate with other departments within the company 

 

To be successful in the role of Operations Supervisor, DSL your qualifications will include:

 

Experience Expectations:Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience3+ years Supervision of 20 or more associates Previous production & manufacturing experience 2+ years fulfillment/pick/pack/ship environment2+ years using a warehouse management system (WMS, SAP, Red Prairie)  Hourly/Daily reporting experience Excellent verbal/written communication skillsIntermediate level Excel and Word

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment handling multiple tasks with complex deadlines Ability to perform in a team environmentAbility to problem solve Proven strong organizational and time management skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills
