We are seeking talented, enthusiastic people who will give our clients both the best internal and external service in the industry.The primary purpose of this role is to assist the Operations department by supporting the team with administrative responsibilities, coordinating task and projects and organizing systems. You will also be responsible for: Processing labor calls and preparing daily work list Running TSS reports for upcoming shows and maintaining accurate inventory Reviewing Work Tickets and reports as well as being responsible for shortages Processing purchase orders, letters, memos, schedules, etc. for Operations and Production team Still Interested?You must have earned a high school diploma or equivalent, plus two (2) years related work experience with great Microsoft Office Suite skills, including advanced Excel skills are required. Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to write business correspondence and reports are needed to be successful in this position.
