Responsibilities include:  Leading continuous process improvement initiatives, business opportunity assessments and work transitions as assigned;  Leading and motivating assigned project team resources in order to ensure quality completion of identified deliverables on time and on budget; Developing meeting agendas, participant lists and facilitate the meetings as required for the purpose of addressing/resolving project issues/problems; Analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and make recommendations to make improvements, aligned with client’s vision/mission;  Supporting Project Manager(s) on assigned projects of a higher complexity. Education & Work Experience:  Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration with a minimum 10 years of business experience, with 5+ years in Supply Technical Skills:  Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Visio; Ability to process map current processes and identify gaps when comparing with current and future state design of the processes performed by staff in CLIENT; Knowledge of best practices relating to transaction processing activities; Ability to understand and apply a broad range of technologies; Controllership and compliance skills including knowledge of effective internal controls Non-Technical Skills:  Leadership – the ability to define a clear vision and motivate others to achieve required goals; Communications – verbal and written communications skills, presentation skills, comfort and success communicating to all levels in the organization.  Negotiating and facilitation skills; Goal oriented, proactive, high energy, can-do attitude, initiative; Attention to details and  closure skillsSalary/Pay Rate: n/a About Ajilon Ajilon Professional Staffing is a leader in recruiting and project consulting, with specialty divisions in finance & accounting, management & office support, and legal.
