We're looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on, organized individual with administrative experience to take on the role an office administrator and manager.



Responsibilities include: Maintain customer contact database in ACT! Create work orders, invoices and shipping documentation Shipment tracking Assist AP/AR as needed Track and verify customer payments against invoices Contact customers for billing Assist sales staff with customer mailings and conferences Maintain calendar Maintain customer files Review and assist with contracts and RFPs Work directly with designers, draftmen, technicians and engineers on product development Software requirements: Mircosoft Office Suite Quickbooks ACT! Adobe photoshop, illustrator or other graphic/webdesign programs a plus Willingness and ability to learn other software C-AT is a faced-paced company.
