Office Manager/ Executive Asst

Conduct professional abilities to include, but not limited to, answer and direct incoming telephone calls to Company (switchboard and individuals), Sales & Marketing Dept., Research & Development Dept. and Customer Assistance.

Report directly to Sr. Executive Vice President and President.  Provide services to complete assigned duties on a timely basis, report when assignments are completed, and generally assist Sales & Marketing Administration and Research & Development.

Oversee the organization of convention / meeting schedules to assure smooth, efficient and timely implementation.  Have the ability to travel, on an occasional basis, to assist and represent the Company.

Facilitate plan that brings expertise to the office management that will augment Sales & Marketing strategies / procedures and objectives, Research & Development processes and enhance stronger Customer relationships.

Must be able to work effectively with Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access

Candidate must have proven office management skills and be familiar with both Rx and OTC pharmaceutical products. Accounting Experience a plus
