Hello, this is Jim Guerrera. I am a recruiter.

I am currently recruiting for an Industrial Outside Sales Representative for a leading producer of Industrial Welding Products.

Here are the primary Background Requirements:

* Bachelors Degree - preferrably in Mechanical or Welding Engineering

* Distributor Management experience

* Experience selling to Industry

* Knowledge and experience with welding products (MIG, TIG, Laser, Plasma, etc.)

Scope of the Position:

* Manage business with existing accounts

* Increase sales with existing and target customers

* Cover a territory of 1 - 2 states

* Work out of your home office

* Report to the Director of Sales

What is Being Offered:

* Base Salary of 55K-65K

* Bonus / Commission 15K - 35K+

* Company Car

* Benefits
