OPERATIONS EXCELLENCE MANAGER

An international organization is seeking an individual to develop the infrastructure for plant level Operational Excellence initiatives and assure quality processes, products and services are developed. This person will play an active role in the plant's implementation of policy deployment, mentor plant staff, supervisors and technical support, support the Plant Steering Team in their Operations Excellence deployment and develop and implement the road map towards achieving this. A solid background in manufacturing is essential. This position is held accountable for development and execution of a successful continuous improvement program with measurable results. A successful program leader will have multiple employees involved in obtaining measurable results and have a widespread positive impact on operating performance. The location is Henderson, NV. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in organizational planning, change leadership and team building. A Black Belt in Six Sigma is required to be able to perform this role together with 5-7 years of operations and engineering experience and 3-5 years of Operations Excellence experience.
