OEM Sales Representative

Metalcraft of Mayville Inc., A growing Metal Fabrication Company with over $200 million in sales, with plants in Mayville & West Bend WI, Greensboro, NC;  is looking for an experienced OEM Sales Representative for our Greensboro, NC plant.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This is an exciting opportunity, to build and diversify OEM business as well as support our existing well established customer base.

This individual will: Support the achievement of sales and business strategies for OEM customer accounts to meet/exceed profit goals, and plan business and growth objectives. Lead and manage negotiations with respective OEM Customers as well as build relationships at the executive OEM level. Effectively maintain current customer base and support introduction of new customer accounts. Seek opportunities for additional sales with assigned customers. Pay special attention to the business environment at assigned account. Responsible for early involvement with customers on new projects.

EXPERIENCE Recognized leader with 5-7 years of relevant business experience in a sales capacity.  A demonstrated ability to identify, develop and profitably win business that is strategically important to  the company. Background in industrial and metal fabrication/operations is a plus.
