OEM Sales Manager
OEM Sales Manager
Ricoh Printing Systems America, Inc. (RPSA), a leading high-tech manufacturing company, is currently seeking a International OEM Sales Manager. This person will be responsible for generating new business by assessing the global printing and imaging marketplace. RPSA is located in Ventura County in Simi Valley, CA.
Key responsibilities will be: 1) Develop sales strategy for new and existing accounts
2) Analyze sales opportunities from both strategic and financial aspect 3) Provide recommendations and drive strategic business models that lead to multi-year contract agreements 4) Negotiate and close complex multi-year OEM agreements with major printing OEM companies
The OEM Sales Manager will work with senior management and engineering to successfully manage new and existing OEM product development programs.
This is a client-facing support position located in Southern California; the territory for this role is the USA, Europe, Japan and Middle East.
Job requirements are: 1) Minimum 5 years OEM sales experience in printer parts, printers and/or printing systems 2) Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field 3) Ability to understand industrial printing environments is preferred, but not required 4) Ability to work effectively and productively with both internal and external (OEM) engineering teams with the goal of negotiating and locking in custom engineering contract developments with existing and prospective OEM partners
Experience in digital color systems or ink jet technology highly desirable.
