Customer Care Lead for designated products-Assemble and lead a Parts and Service customer care team-Develop and maintain project schedule-Host functional reviews-Represent customer care at core team events-Manage customer care deliverables 2. Global VPI functional excellence-Manage the activities of the field test and infant care period when distributor/dealer service is not acceptable to the end-user, work with distributor/dealer and end user to mediate an acceptable solution. This may be accomplished through personal visits and verbal or written communication.-Active participation defining root cause and developing engineered solutions to problems.-Create resolution/contingency plans and update the project schedule once root cause is identified.-Summarize conclusions of service disputes and utilize the data to develop robust support plans.-Assist in overall assessment of distributor/dealer support capability at launch. Based on on-site analysis, initiate support improvements to enhance capability for the distribution channels. Experience & Education*BSME / BSEE or similar; or equivalent, relevant experience in a technical environment including project management expertise. (3-5 years of experience preferred)Skills:*Knowledge and application of problem solving tools similar to those acquired through CACI, 7-Step, and Six Sigma is desired, certified belt preferred.*Validation of engineering and manufacturing solutions to product designs as they relate to field service.*Demonstrated knowledge and ability to facilitate use of quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, DFMA.*Familiarity with project scheduling tools including but not limited to Microsoft Project. *Identification and aid in development and testing of service tools, electronic and mechanical.*Good interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse internal and external customers.*Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office Suite.*Good communicator.
