About the Position: We are seeking a National Accounts Sales Manager to join our team of professionals. The position will operate from a home office with extensive travel required. Candidate should reside in a location in close proximity to major airport service hub, such as Chicago, Atlanta or Dallas. Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree and have five to seven years sales experience selling to mass merchants.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Prospect new national accounts and manage existing accounts.Develop multi-year account strategies. Develop and maintain industry relationships. Work cross functionally with all aspects of the company, including Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Sales and R&D.

 

We Require:

 Bachelor’s Degree and 5-7 years professional sales experience with major retail accounts

 Highly motivated and self disciplined with a professional appearance and attitude.

 Personable, analytical, detail oriented, strong organizational skills, deep understanding of merchandising and retail.

 Ability to establish key contacts/relationships in all aspects of the business.

 Proficient in Microsoft suite of product including Excel and Power Point.

 Must be willing to travel up to 60%.

 

Compensation:

 

Salary is competitive and based on experience. Compensation Package is composed of base, commission and strong annual bonus program that is “uncapped” and rewards home run hitters!
