As a Team member you need to be proficient in reading and understanding tooling Blue Prints.  Able to evaluate molding problems, recommend and implement tooling modifications as corrective action. Must know how to use the appropriate precise measuring tools. Proficient in the use of all machining equipment (mills, lathes, surface grinders). Proficient in the use of one of the following: Hardinge CNC lathe, Fadal CNC mill, Unigraphics CAM/ Master CAM programming. Agie 3 axis sinking EDM.  Ten years minimum trade or field training. 

 

Major Accountabilities:Maintain and improve existing production molds.Modify prototype injection molds.Repair molds.Perform preventative maintenance to molds.Maintain shop records.Control shop inventory.
