The Client: Our client, a 100% employee-owned manufacturing company, is a leader in the design, manufacture and marketing of light construction equipment. Their process is geared for speed to market, a significant competitive advantage.  The Opportunity:  This is a career building opportunity for a Middle East Sales Manager to take ownership of a Middle Eastern Territory including: Saudi Arabia, Iran, UAE, Jordan, Syria and Egypt.  You will be responsible for all sales activities covering the company's entire product line. Customers include dealers, OEM’s and contractors. This position is fully supported by a well-financed, totally committed employee owned organization. This is a six-figure opportunity. As the Middle East Sales Manager, you will lead the charge within your territory to develop and implement pricing and marketing programs which will grow existing dealers as well as create new dealer accounts. Your direct sales efforts will be supported by a VP of International Sales & Marketing who has a very collaborative management style. You will be provided with tactical support for back-end fulfillment of contracts and day-to-day management of your business as it grows. You will become part of a well-established, open, friendly culture with high expectations blended with an entrepreneurial spirit. What are we looking for in a candidate? The ideal candidate with experience in construction equipment sales with much of that focused on International Sales. Fluency in English and Arabic is required. We are searching for an experienced candidate who currently resides in the Middle East.  Candidates may reside in any of the following countries: Saudi Arabia, Iran, UAE, Jordan, Syria and Egypt.  A Bachelor’s Degree is required.  This position requires experience in marketing, advertising, forecasting, and key account selling to dealers.
