Mechanical Design Engineer - Hydraulic Tools

Mechanical Design Engineer with 2 – 5 years of mechanical or hydraulic design experience.   Although the primary responsibility of this position is new product design, the position involves a wide range of duties including the preparation of proposals and technical sales.  You will also get to work on projects from the initial concept through assembly, testing and shipping.

 

This is a small company that has been in business for 22 years.  We have an excellent reputation and an impressive, worldwide customer list.  The company designs high-pressure hydraulic tools and pumps servicing the petro-chemical, power generation and transportation industries.  A high percentage of the company’s products are custom designed to the customers’ specifications.

 

Prefer in-depth Pro-Engineer Wildfire experience, but we will train the candidate with 3D CAD experience on other software.  FEA (static stress) experience (we use ALGOR) also a benefit but not required.
