NIC Global, a leading manufacturer of sheet metal and mechanical assemblies, is currently seeking experienced Master Scheduler to join our team at our Woodinville, WA facility. Our company currently employees approximately 500 employees in two locations and has revenue approaching $60 million. The successful candidate will help manage overall production demand, system data, and schedule to identify capacity constraints, schedule risk items, and improper accounting of materials and labor. Primary functions include:
· Work closely with production managers to ensure on time delivery of products and identify constraints for risk mitigation.
· Work with production planners and schedulers to clarify ERP system parameters and BOM structure and problem solve issues.
· Work with Strategic Account Managers to appropriately load and manage customer orders and forecasts in the ERP system.
· Review customer forecast data for irregularities prior to loading in ERP system.
· Drive standardized processes for the loading of system data: item master, BOM structure, lead times, lot sizes, labor, etc.
Position requires:
· BS Degree or equivalent.
· 5+ years related manufacturing experience in an MRP/ERP environment. Sheet metal or assembly industries a plus.
· In Depth understanding of routings, bills of manufacturing, etc.
· Detailed knowledge of MRP/ERP Systems.
· Excellent Problem Solving Skill with the ability to think outside of the box.
· Strong written, verbal and inter-personal communication skills.
· 2-3 Years of Supervisory Experience a plus.
