Marketing/Sales Manager

 

We are a leading manufacturer of prosthetic devices and are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic person to join our Sales/Marketing team as Marketing/Sales Manager  This position will ensure that all product returns and quality issues are in compliance with FDA regulations and ISO requirements, assist in the development of department budgets, establish sales and marketing activity goals, and manage all distributor relationship and sales processes.   Other responsibilities of the position will include:

 

¨      Coordinate marketing efforts into unified messages and successful

     implementations

¨      Develop marketing plans in close conjunction with Director of Marketing

¨      Serve as an educational and marketing effort presenter

¨      Conduct monthly sales analysis of key customers and product categories

¨      Represent the company at various trade shows, meetings and related events

 

To be successful in this position we are looking for skills, abilities and experiences in the following areas:

 

¨      Marketing knowledge and experience in a broad range of media (print, direct mail,      web, video, tradeshows and PR)

¨      Ability and experience in communicating with new and existing customers with    

     the goal of strengthening relationships and increasing sales.

¨      Four-year degree with an emphasis on marketing.

¨      Direct management and leadership experience.

¨      Strong team building and management capabilities with a creative staff

¨      Strong presentation capabilities and experience

¨      Strong computer skills with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook

 

A minimum of three to five years experience in marketing and sales is also required.  Experience in the health care field and exposure to regulatory compliance issues and/or ISO standards would be a plus. The position will also require the ability to travel as needed, both nationally and internationally.
