The Marketing Specialist/Manager will oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional activities; implement strategic marketing plans for primary market segments, and research defense programs worldwide, market conditions, the company’s market position and competitor data. Responsibilities Include:

  Markets all of Avure Technologies products. Develops annual marketing plan in conjunction with VP of Marketing and Business Unit Directors. [This marketing plan will detail activities for the following fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives and long term (5 year) planning] Demonstrates technical marketing skills and product knowledge of Avure Technologies products. Manages activities to meet the Budget; delivers all marketing activity within agreed budget and directs staff where budgets are involved. Manages all aspects of market messaging including marketing collateral, web site content and tradeshows using the CRM system. Manages a positive media coverage program for Avure Technologies. Specifies market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers. Develops effective press releases for trade and internet press (national and international) Develops and implements a company-wide go-to-market plan for new products, working with all departments to execute. Participates in potential strategic teaming agreements with key partners.

 

  

Requirements: 7 years of experience in the marketing industry 4 year degree in Business Administration or Marketing Capital equipment and/or project management  background a plus Willingness to travel and work with a global team of professionals, as this position requires a high degree of creativity and latitude.
