Marketing Coordinator

MISCOR Group, Ltd is an industrial services company located in South Bend, Indiana with over 700 employees in six States.

 

Primary Duties:

 Support marketing initiatives within and across multiple subsidiaries Develop handouts and PowerPoint presentations to support the sales force Review and proofread marketing materials Organize central filing system with marketing documents Graphic Design tasks including:

Corporate Marketing Materials

Corporate Presentations

Trade show handouts

 Write first drafts of press releases for investor relations

 

Qualifications:

 Bachelors degree required Minimum of 3 years marketing experience Able to meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Computer skills required: Proficiency with Internet, e-mail, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Ability to consistently prepare accurate business presentations and correspondence that convey a consistent corporate image Adept at establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with team members at all levels in the organization Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to consistently prepare accurate business correspondences of the highest quality
