Marketing Communications Manager

Marketing Communications Manager Danco, Inc., a subsidiary of NCH Corporation, is one of the top distributors in the United States for plumbing repair and parts.  Danco sources and distributes repair and replacement parts for virtually every brand of plumbing fixtures, including faucets, sinks, tubs and toilets.  You can find our plumbing parts in most major hardware and home improvements stores throughout the United States. Summary: Plans, creates, produces and manages marketing literature, packaging, websites, planograms, merchandising and sales promotion materials. Plans and manages advertising and public relations programs. Supports strategic initiatives to elevate Danco’s brand equity and image with consumers, media, customers and key influencers/organizations.  Manages the creative services team. Responsibilities:  Manage the creation and production of sales and marketing tools Plan and manage public relations and advertising programs Support brand development and other strategic initiatives Accountable for delivering creative materials that support sales and product management initiatives Responsible for developing and managing the Danco communications plan for external stakeholders Develops and manages public relations, advertising, and merchandising budgets Supervises Planogram & Merchandising Specialist, Graphics Designer, and Production ArtistRequirements:  Undergraduate degree with a concentration in Marketing, Communications or related field. 2 years supervisory experience 5 years of experience in a creative services and/or product marketing environment 3 years experience in packaging creation for consumer products 3 years experience in creating planograms and communication materials for retail store environments Strong creative and copywriting skills Strong project management skills – Ability to lead creative services team and outside vendors to meet project deadlines Innovative – Develops unique approaches and presents compelling ideas and plans.
