Responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining marketing data for the purpose of analyzing the business environment, market trends and opportunities. Establish a network of information sources (internet capabilities, government/industry/analyst reports, customer, other relevant people, etc.) to provide an accurate industry view on a timely basis. Evaluates customers and competitors via research efforts. Performs concise prospect analyzes, conducts worldwide and regional market price analyzes, performs project economic analyzes and assist with strategic marketing presentations to senior management. Identifies market environments (drivers & trends) and customer forecasts (issues & opportunities). Creates monthly/quarterly /annual market status and division performance analysis reports. Performs research and analysis of new e-commerce functionality and direction and be active in implementing a number of strategic initiatives such as web-enabling reports, data warehousing, Excel reporting, and implementing other e-commerce strategic initiatives.
