Manufacturing position - Soldering and SMT skills needed
RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY
This position is responsible for assembling medical devices in compliance with company procedures and ensuring that production schedules are met.
PRIMARY ACTIVITIES
• Assemble and/or test medical devices in compliance with company procedures.
• Ensure that work orders are completed in a timely basis
• Ensure traceability compliance by maintaining accurate production documentation.
• Maintain accurate material inventory.
• Identify possible process or product improvements.
• Ensure all production activities are in full compliance with all regulatory and Quality System and GMP requirements.
• Performs other duties as may be required by supervisor
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Soldering and Surface Mounted Technology (SMT) experience REQUIRED
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Must be able to read, comprehend and follow general work procedures
• Good listening and communication skills
• Flexible working schedule (4-10 M-Thur), job will require night and weekend hours as needed during times of increase production
DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• One or more years experience in a manufacturing / assembly environment
• Good initiative, self-reliance and professionalism a plus
• Experience working in an ISO 9001 or GMP manufacturing environment
• Clean room environment
