Manufacturing and Production Management

Production Supervisor with experience in a high volume precision machining environment.  Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills necessary, along with strong mathematical and blueprint reading skills. Experience in an ISO 9001 registered company preferred.This person in this position will be responsible for all aspects of one product line within Swissturn. Duties include planning and organizing the daily activities for manufacturing personnel to meet the delivery and quality expectations of our customers, execute production plans and monitor job run times, order and schedule raw material, issue purchase orders to platers, heat treaters, tooling suppliers, etc., monitor inventory levels, and communicate with the customer. 

Must be willing to work on the factory floor to keep product flowing.  This is a "hands on" position, so if you want to sit a desk for 40 hours a week, please do not apply.

Some knowledge of CNC Swiss screw machines would be desirable, but other CNC knowledge would be sufficient.Swissturn/USA is a 30 person CNC Swiss screw machine job shop serving a variety of industries.
