TREDEGAR FILM PRODUCTS, in Lake Zurich, Illinois, is a global manufacturer of plastic films. Our progressive business has opportunities for self-motivated people who want to learn and grow with our company. Assisting in the operation of various extrusion lines, packaging finished goods, driving forklifts, performing housekeeping duties, and more.   Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Prior manufacturing/industrial/forklift experience preferred. On-the-job training provided. Must have HS diploma or GED.Â
 24 hr. continuous operation – day & night shift positions -- 12.25 hour work shifts from 9:45 – 10:00;   3-day or 4-day work schedule; requires being able to work some weekends and holidays; 40 cents/hr, night shift differential. Excellent starting pay: $13.00/hr with the ability to increase your earning power through our skill-based pay program. ($15.00-$21.48) Excellent benefits package includes, health, dental, vision, life, 401K savings plan, vacation, 11 paid holidays, and educational reimbursement.
