Door County Manufacturer- Itasca Automation Systems a fast grow manufacturer of CNC controlled multi and single spindle Magnet wire winding machines, accessories and automation is looking for:

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS- As Director of Operations you will have complete responsibility for all manufacturing, out sourcing, assembly, cellular assembly, purchasing, inventory, shipping and receiving, budgeting and P&L responsibility as it relates to COGS sold. There is opportunity for job growth and equity ownership. Requirements: Must have a college degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 10 years experience in manufacturing and assembly of CNC machine tools. Persons seeking this job will have working knowledge of cellular assembly, vendor managed and JIT inventory systems, out sourcing, electromechanical and motion control machine tool design, manufacturing, assembly and service.

ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN- Qualified Candidates must have a technical degree or at least 3 year experience in Motion Control, Electro-Mechanical assembly and CNC programming experience.

SOLID WORKS DETAIL DESIGN ENGINEER- Qualified Candidates must have at technical degree or at least 3 year of detail drawing experience utilizing Solid Works CAD system in a manufacturing environment.

CNC MACHINIST- Qualified candidates must have at least 3 years CNC machining and programming experience.
