Reporting to the Plant Manager, with general guidance from the corporate Engineering Team Leader, the Engineering Manager is responsible for managing the engineering staff, the budget and the capital projects. The Manufacturing Engineering Manager provides the direction to the engineering and operations staff to optimize the equipment, manpower and production process. There is a large focus on improvement of the processes and equipment. This position does have supervisory responsibilities. There are attractive benefits, 15% bonus potential and with relocation will purchase the home at fair market value after 90 days if need be. Good understanding of business principles and practices and ability to apply them QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology with at least ten years of progressive manufacturing engineering to include at least 3 years management over the manufacturing engineering area.  Excellent knowledge of Lean and the demonstrated use of Lean tools.
