We continue to grow and are currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Manager for the following opportunity in our Greencastle, IN facility:
Responsibilities
Successful candidate will develop, direct and coordinate technology to maximize manufacturing efficiency. Supervisory responsibilities for Manufacturing Engineers. Assist Plant Manager with setting goals and directions to meet defined objectives.
Qualifications
This position requires a four year degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or interdisciplinary, and eight to ten years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Supervisory experience is desirable. Good communication, management and organizational skills are required.
