Job code:: 102364Job Title:: Manager, Information SystemsJob location:: Milpitas, CA Job Description The main role of the SAP Information Systems Manager is to work with business units in analyzing, identifying and recording business processes. Recommends new ideas and/or efficiency opportunities. Works on and coordinates several key SAP deliverables and manage related projects. In addition, this position will be responsible for the system configuration (PP, MM, IM and VC) to support moderately complex transactions in SAP software. Translates user requirements into SAP functionality, manage UAT and identifies resulting gaps. Qualifications/Education Desired - Expert knowledge with PP, MM, IM, VC configuration including SAP structures, configuration standards, object dependencies and tables in version 4.6, 4.7 or ECC6 environment. - Knowledge of SAP master and transactional data, including Bills of Material, User Exits, as well as interfaces to other modules. - SAP Certification in the PP SCM/APO Modules or equivalent experience (3 - 5 years hands-on) - 5-plus years previous work experience in master scheduling, production control, inventory management, manufacturing, warehouse environment in a large sized company - Possesses 5-7 years of SAP experience with established proficiency in multiple SAP application areas(i.e. FI, CO, MM, PM, WM ) - Participated in 3-5 full project lifecycle implementations using ASAP methodology at least ONE at a project management level position. - Must understand the concepts of SAP's Corrections and Transfer Systems(CTS) - Must possess a college degree in business with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Manufacturing or equivalent business experience. - Must possess strong analytical and diagnostic skills - Minimum of four years of experience doing process decomposition/mapping and BPR (business process reengineering).
