Latrobe Specialty Steel Company currently has an opening for Manager – Compensation & Benefits.  This position is responsible for developing total rewards packages so as to attract and retain the most qualified and dedicated employees in all locations within the Company. 

 

This position is responsible for the following:Attracting and retaining the most qualified and dedicated employees by providing a total rewards package, which is both competitive and cost effective, at all Latrobe Specialty Steel locationsNon-bargaining compensation programs, including base and variable pay programsAdministering benefit and pension programs for employees and retirees of Latrobe Specialty SteelEnsuring compliance in all facets of benefit and compensation administrationAdministration of all payroll and pension activities

 

Required Qualifications:Four year degree in relevant fieldMinimum 7 years work experience in benefits/pension administrationMinimum 7 years experience in compensation managementRelevant experience with union and non-union workforceMinimum three years work experience in payroll administration

 

Desired Qualification:

Masters degree in relevant field
