Manager, Account

GBC, the premier supplier of commercial laminating films and equipment, a division of ACCO Brands Corporation, one of the world's largest suppliers of branded office products, with annual revenues of nearly $2 billion, is seeking an Account Manager for the Denver CO area.  This individual will develop and implement daily, weekly and annual sales activity plans for assigned territory.  Will also work collaboratively with Inside Sales Partner to develop and implement plans to meet customer needs.  Additional responsibilities include:   Develops and implements new account acquisition plan Maintain current record of contacts and sales activities Maintaining up-to-date understanding of products and services Maintains high level customer and prospect contact on a daily basis via face-to-face meetings, email, telephone, etc. Regularly initiates follow-up with both internal and customer contacts to ensure customer satisfaction Analyzes sales data to identify opportunities for revenue generation and profit improvement Reports results of sales activities to Regional Manager on a regular basis. Strategizes with Regional Manager to ensure sales effectiveness Successful Incumbent will have:   Minimum 2 years of accomplished field business-to-business selling experience with demonstrated ability to retain and expand existing account relationships. An understanding of Consultative Selling Skills Demonstrated ability to partner with internal resources including Marketing, Strategic Accounts, Inside Sales, Technical Service and Customer Care Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and follow-up skills Must be proficient in MicroSoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; experience with PowerPoint preferred Ability to work independently in a Home Office Environment Previous experience with bindery equipment, wide format digital printing, offset printer, and/or finishing equipment is a benefit Bachelors Degree     ACCO Brands Corporation markets products in over 100 countries across the globe through our own sales force and distribution networks.
