Management Systems Facilitator

Gerdau is seeking an accomplished Management Systems Facilitator to join the team in Wilton, IA.
Job Responsibilities
Focuses on continuous improvement and standardization of business and production processesAssists with identifying benchmarks, and best practices of operating proceduresActs as a change agent to help achieve a higher level of results by utilizing and implementing the seven quality tools
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree required; Six Sigma Green/Black Belt and/or Lean Manufacturing certification a plus Minimum 5 years experience working in a process improvement role preferably in a manufacturing/production environmentISO900 experience necessary Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills to facilitate team building & coaching; function as a “change agent”
