Marcal Manufacturing, LLC a 100% Recycled Paper Producer located in Elmwood Park, NJ is seeking Maintenance Mechanics with experience in an industrial/Manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include:

Â· Perform all maintenance including but not limited to preventive, corrective, and emergency repairs on all industrial equipment including conveyors.

Â· Perform installation of new or replacement equipment

Â· Locate, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical system malfunctions

Â· Follow standard safety procedures, correct safety and environmental hazards

Â· Be available to work overtime/holidays

Â· 12 hour non-rotating shift schedule 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am (2 on 2 off, 3 on 3 off, 2 on 2 off.......)

Â· Salary Range to $20.71/hour with excellent benefits (Union shop)

Hiring Bonus of over $3,000 to be paid out over first 2 years. ($2,250 paid out over Year 1)
