PRIMARY FUNCTION: Support production by repairing, maintaining and improving all production and service equipment and building utilities. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: Must develop skills and be willing to train others in specialized maintenance areas such as electronics, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatic and mechanical systems. Must be able to set up and operate common machine shop equipment using standard practices; as well as have the ability to set up, measure, and perform precision adjustments and alignments of equipment. Must have proficiency in fabrication and welding using 2 or more types of welding equipment. Must be able to perform machine maintenance independently on all equipment within the plant. Position requires 3 - 5 years of related industrial maintenance experience with Technical Diploma in Industrial Maintenance or 5 or more years of related industrial maintenance experience with some formal technical education.
