Maintenance I/Maintenance II

Essential Duties and Responsibilities This position is responsible for all facets of general maintenance.   Requirements · Gets job instructions - performs diagnostic troubleshooting on electrical, HVAC, chillers, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC’s, brazing furnaces, exothermic generators and mechanical equipment. Make necessary repairs on those systems, machine tools and conveyors. Rewire or run new power lines – Weld - Tear down and overhaul equipment components such as, but not limited to: pumps, valves, regulators, and motors – Maintain building and facilities - Fills out required reports on inspection tests - Observes all safety rules - Keeps work station in order - Supports team objectives For Maintenance II, must meet all qualifications listed above along with the following skills. · Must have the ability to work with RS Logix Programming with strong Microsoft Excel training. · Auto-CAD training is preferred · Train specific skill sets to other employees. · Train specific skill sets to other employees and track OJT. · Ability to fabricate parts on mill or lathe. Run projects: Including listing objectives, creating parts lists, guiding the team and providing all documentation.

Qualifications · Must have a strong understanding of mechanical components and how they work in conjunction with electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems · Must be able to work a weekend schedule. · Lifting or carrying less than 50 pounds   Work Environment Exposure to 45-120 degrees temperatures, noise that requires hearing protection, air powered tools, hand tools, electrical equipment
