Serves as direct liaison between 3rd party maintenance and Post for process maintenance.  Responsibilities include budget, service contracts and purchasing accountability as well as driving improvement of asset productivity, implementation of best practices while ensuring safe operations at all levels. Provides leadership in the high performance work culture with technicians and 3rd party maintenance in existing and new job processes.  Engage technicians in decision making. Foster a learning environment that requires involvement and personal accountability. Lead efforts with Operations to measure impact of planning on OEE/ DT/ Performance of packaging and processing activity. Identify and track personal contribution towards plant productivity target. Adopt role of coach and share skills/talents with peers and co-workers utilizing documented development opportunities/plans.Job QualificationsBS or AA/AS in Business, Engineering or related field preferred Minimum 3 yrs of demonstrated leadership / management experience Minimum 5 yrs experience in maintenance field Knowledge of maintenance computer systems Knowledge of PLC/PCs Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications Ability to organize and prioritize workflow to accommodate multiple tasks and responsibilities within a fast paced, team environment.Contact Information Company:Ralcorp Holdings, Inc.
