The successful candidate will have and utilize the following skills, experience and abilities:

- Supervision of hourly maintenance employees in a union environment

- Will troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic schematics

- Ability to perform equipment maintenance on various types of equipment

- Will maintain the computerized and manual maintenance program schedules

- Training of Maintenance employees

- Troubleshoot CNC, NC, PC and PLC equipment

In addition, the position requires interaction with all departments and will be accountable for expenses including labor and materials. Will be responsible for the training, skill development, career planning and evaluation of the maintenance employees.
