Machine Operator

PRIMARY FUNCTION: To proficiently fabricate ferrous and nonferrous materials, sheet, plate and structural steel. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS POSITION: We are seeking experienced machine operators capable of setting up, programming, and running a CNC milling machine center and manual lathe. Must be able to multi-task and capable of assessing and reacting to various situations regarding change of materials or operating specifics. 2-5 years experience as a CNC milling machine center operator and manual lathe operator is required. Working knowledge of set ups and programing, working with the metric system, blue print reading a must. Must be able to lift up to 65 lbs on occasion during shift. Experience in radial alarm drill, shear, and 500 ton brake press are a plus. We are proud to be an EOE. SPX is an EOE.
